All Things Made New... (must-see photo galleries)

With the exception of a couple of updates many years ago, this red brick, Mid-Century, Ranch home in Adams Township was essentially left in it's original, early 1960's form. Be that as it may, that is exactly how this recent owner wanted it. That way, they were able to focus their attention on gutting the entire house and transforming it into exactly what they envisioned. So, that is precisely what The Handy Home Pro did!

90% of the finished portion of the home was gutted (down to the studs), reconfigured, and replaced with all- new, modern fixtures, appliances, etc... As the basement and garage were essentially unfinished, those are the only 2 areas of the home that were not entirely demoed. The entire footprint of this cozy home was reconfigured, as walls were removed (in some places) to reveal a contemporary open-concept. Along with that, the entire back portion of the home (which included 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and closet space) were all transformed and combined into one, large master sweet with walk-in bath and closet.

Along with that, the entire 1st floor was given all-new drywall, ceiling, lighting, doors, flooring, trim, and an much needed kitchen w/appliances. Not stopping there, the home was also given a massively transformed finished basement, stairs, and garage. As if that weren't enough, we were also able to add a front, covered deck, sidewalk, gutters/downspouts, electrical upgrades, and all new landscaping! Upon its completion, the once dated home became completely unrecognizable, (not to mention) adding future ROI!
