This Cranberry Township townhome basement (see “before” pictures) was left in it’s original state, leaving a blank canvas for the home owner’s vision. With a modernly decorated main and second floor, the owners were looking to utilize this blank, unfinished space for an audio-visual/gaming room with additional storage.
The Handy Home Pro was delighted to turn the customer’s ideas into reality. This included partitioning off the hot water heater in its own, tasteful utility space with adjacent closet complete with French doors. Because the soace only had one outlet, 6 new 20 amp outlets were installed, along with 4 HDMI ports, new LED wafer lighting, tile flooring, ceiling, and trim. The all-new space is now completely unrecognizable and ready to be used for multi- media entertainment and relaxation.
