Finally Finished

Since being built, this beautiful home in Ehrman Farms (Cranberry Twp.) never experienced a completely finished basement. After purchasing the home, the owners made several improvements to the space, adding flooring, baseboard, etc... but always desired to see it fully completed. Instead of a more common drywall, my customers decided to go with a staggered bead-board finish. The Handy Home Pro also constructed bulkheads and upgraded the lighting from standard, builder-grade, dim lighting to LED wafer lighting with 3 separate (dimmable) control zones. After painting and finishing everything off with white trim, the long-awaited finished basement is... well... finished!

Not only have the owners added value to their home, it is (now) brightly lit and a more desirable living space where friends and family can gather, the pets can play, and where the grand kids have an awesome hangout for when they visit!
